My background in HR has given me the opportunity to work across different teams and stages of the employee journey, as well as navigate the evolving challenges and changes that have shaped the workplace in recent years.
Along the way, I have developed experience in both the day-to-day realities of HR and the wider considerations that shape people strategy within a business.
I created HR Oriented from a simple idea: that good HR support should be personal and relevant to the situation, rather than based on a standard formula. Whether supporting a growing business, a new venture or an individual, I wanted to create a consultancy where people can access experienced HR support that is considered, practical and tailored to their circumstances.
As an Associate Member of the CIPD, I bring my professional knowledge and experience together to provide that support.
